Raani is an Australian online boutique specialising in authentic Pakistani, Indian and Bangladeshi women's fashion, including shalwar kameez, lehengas, salwar suits, kurtis and South Asian ethnic wear. We sell exclusively to customers within Australia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, creating an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are located in Australia
• The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete
• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy

3. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Product images are for illustrative purposes — colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
• We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including sizes and materials
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

• We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, AfterPay and PayPal through our secure payment provider, Stripe
• Payment is processed at the time of order
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability)
• If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within Australia only
• A flat delivery fee of AUD $10 applies to all orders
• Orders over AUD $300 qualify for free delivery
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch

6. Returns & Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by these Terms & Conditions. Under ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We will accept returns where:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
• A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
