Shipping Policy

We want your Raani order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australia only. We deliver to all states and territories including metro, suburban and most regional areas.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us at info@raani.com.au to discuss your options.
2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Australian public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed
- A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

These are estimates only. Raani is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@raani.com.au.
6. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order
- We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges will apply
- We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
7. Undelivered or Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours, building reception, or a safe drop location nearby
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at info@raani.com.au and we will assist in raising an investigation with the carrier
Raani is not liable for parcels that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@raani.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
