I previously followed the guidelines (the sizing is logical), and I have since purchased five long Kurtis in three sizes. I have purchased and tried this top on myself and given one a gift recipients, and we were both very pleased with the fitting, quality, and comfort of the beautiful design. They are perfect for more formal events and just to be comfortable and nicely dressed for casual or daily wear. The fabric is delicate, soft like silk and natural, and thin enough to be fairly breathable even in warmer weather; and because I have to wear cotton and linen rather than synthetic fabric, or silk, so I am very satisfied with this top and the other two that I have purchased for myself
